1-2 tbsp | melted butter or margarine for brushing dough |
If using the loaf of dough, divide loaf into 12 equal pieces. If using rolls you do not need to divide. To make bunnies, take one piece of dough to make bunny head. With floured hands, roll dough into a ball. Place on greased baking sheet. Take a second piece of dough and divide into 4 equal pieces to make 4 bunny ears. Form each small piece of dough into a rabbit ear shape. Attach two ears to the bunny head on the baking sheet. Save the remaining pieces of dough to make 8 bunnies. Brush dough with melted butter. Let dough rise in warm area until double in size. Using a toothpick, very gently poke two holes on each face for eyes. Carefully place a raisin in each hole. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
