| 24 | frozen cooked breaded chicken breasts (2 oz each piece), heated according to package instructions |
| 12 slices | mozzarella or provolone cheese, each slice divided into 4 equal squares |
| 1 cup | heated marinara sauce |
Bake chicken. Slice each thawed roll in half and heat according to package instructions. Place bottom half of 24 buns on a steam table pan. Place 1 baked chicken portion on top of each bottom bun. Top with 2 cheese squares and 2 teaspoons heated marinara. Place top half of buns on top. Serve warm.
