60 pieces | Bridgford Frozen Roll Dough (Bridgford White Whole Wheat Honey Roll Dough, 6737) |
1½ cups | melted, unsalted butter |
2-3 cups | shredded Cheddar cheese (or any other flavor of cheese) |
Lightly grease muffin tins* (60 cavities); set aside. Remove 60 frozen rolls from case. Let thaw until pliable. On a lightly floured surface, cut each roll into 3 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball; set aside. Coat each dough ball with melted butter and then roll in cheese. Place 3 coated balls of dough into each muffin cavity. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊convection oven for 12 – 17 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and brush with additional butter if desired. Remove from pan to cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
