50 | Bridgford White Whole Wheat Roll Dough pieces, 2 oz. (#6737) |
1 cup | olive oil or ghee |
Place Bridgford frozen rolls on greased sheet pan(s). Cover the rolls with sprayed plastic wrap and let thaw at room temperature (can also thaw overnight in the cooler). Lightly grease additional sheet pans for baking; set aside. Take one thawed roll and press into long, thin triangular shape (about 7 inches long). Place on prepared pan. Repeat with remaining rolls, placing dough 1-2 inches apart. Brush dough lightly with olive oil or ghee. Place in proof box or warm area to rise until puffy and almost double in size. Bake in a preheated 400-degree convection oven for 2 minutes (Naan will start to be golden brown), remove sheet pan from oven and flip each Naan, brush lightly with olive oil or ghee, and continue baking for 1-2 minutes more. Remove from oven and serve warm.
