48 | Bridgford Ranch Rolls or Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed |
1 cup | prepared ranch dressing |
1 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons | garlic powder |
Lightly grease sheet pans; set aside. Break log of frozen Bridgford Ranch or Parkerhouse Rolls into logs of 6-8 rolls. Place each log of rolls on prepared pans 2-3 inches apart. Brush tops with ranch dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Let dough thaw at room temperature. Once thawed, place in warmed proof box and let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊ convection oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter if desired. Remove rolls from pans to let cool slightly on wire racks. Serve warm.
