50 | Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls 6198 or Bridgford White Ranch Rolls 6150, thawed |
¼ cup | olive oil |
Egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water) | |
1/3 cup | Everything Bagel Seasoning of choice |
Lightly grease sheet pan(s); set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a ball. Place dough balls on prepared pans (2-3 inches apart). Brush dough with olive oil. Place in warm area to rise until double in size. Gently brush dough with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake rolls in a preheated 325°F convection oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
