Classic Pizza

6Bridgford Frozen Demi-Loaves (6 oz ea), Honey Wheat or White
12 ozprepared pizza sauce
2 tsporegano flakes
1 tspgarlic powder
1/4 cupblack pepper
1 poundmozzarella cheese, grated
Toppings of choice (such as Bridgford Pepperoni)

Let dough thaw until pliable. Stretch and roll each Demi-Loaf to a 9 inch diameter circle OR combine 2 Demi-Loaves and roll out to fit a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Place dough circles on greased baking sheets or pizza pans. Spread sauce over pizzas to within 1/4 inch of all edges. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizzas, then sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
