16 (2 oz ea) | Bridgford Frozen Cinnamon Rolls |
melted butter or margarine | |
Glaze | |
2 cups | powdered sugar |
1-2 tbsp | water or milk |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
If using 16 oz. log of cinnamon roll dough, let log soften slightly. Divide each log of dough into 8 equal pieces. Let dough thaw completely. Pull or stretch each cinnamon roll and twist once. Place twisted cinnamon rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet approximately 2-3 inches apart. Brush rolls with melted butter or margarine (or spray with spray vegetable shortening). Allow the rolls to rise until double to triple in size. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown (convection oven, 325 degrees, 10-12 minutes). Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack. Glaze: Mix ingredients. Drizzle over twists.
