1 tray (12 loaves) | Bridgford Frozen Demi Dough (white or French), thawed |
1 cup | melted butter |
¾ cup | light brown sugar |
¾ cup | cooked bacon, coarsely chopped or crumbled |
¼ cup | honey |
Lightly grease 12 Bridgford Demi Loaf Pans. On a lightly floured surface, slice each thawed Demi Loaf into 6 equal pieces; set aside. Evenly distribute 1 tablespoon of butter on the bottom of Demi Loaf pan. Crumble 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of bacon evenly over the butter. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey. Repeat with remaining 11 pans. Place 6 pieces of dough in each pan on top of honey. Brush dough with melted butter. In a warm proof box, let the dough rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊ convection oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with butter. Serve warm.
