1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
2 Tbsp | "Everything" bagel seasoning*, plus 1 additional tablespoon |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
Bridgford® Sliced Salami, Pepperoni, and other desired sandwich filling such as cheese, lettuce, and tomato |
Lightly grease a 10-12 cup fluted tube cake pan (such as Bundt). Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons seasoning. Twirl pan around to evenly coat with seeds. Place thawed dough evenly around ring, sealing ends together. With lightly floured hands, pat dough down to be sure the dough is evenly dispersed. Brush top of dough with olive oil and sprinkle with additional 1 tablespoon seasoning. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375 ̊oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top. Remove from oven and invert pan onto a large plate to release bread ring. Remove pan and let the bread ring cool completely. Divide in half horizontally and fill with desired sandwich filling. Place top of bread on top, slice and serve

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic, 1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes.
Store in an airtight container.
