1 pkg | Bridgford White Rolls, thawed or |
1 pkg | Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed or |
2 loaves | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
4 tbsp | melted butter or margarine |
1 tbsp | honey |
Lightly grease baking sheet(s); set aside. If using loaf of dough, divide each loaf into 12 equal slices. If using rolls, they are ready to use once thawed. With lightly floured hands, roll each piece of dough into a rope about 8-inches in length. Coil the rope and place on prepared baking sheet(s) about 3-4 inches apart. Brush dough with melted butter. Let the dough rise in a warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix honey with remaining melted butter (may need to reheat to mix well). Remove rolls from oven and brush with honey butter. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Brush again if desired.
