1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or |
12 pieces | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed or |
12 pieces | Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed |
¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
¼ cup | miniature marshmallows |
¼ cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
¼ cup | peanuts |
Lightly grease two baking sheet(s). Preheat oven to 400°. If using loaf of dough, divide thawed loaf into 12 equal slices. If using rolls, they are ready to use once thawed. On a lightly floured surface, pat or roll each piece of dough into a circle, 4-5″ in diameter. Place dough rounds on greased baking sheet(s) 2-3 inches apart. Prick dough several times with fork. Brush each dough round with melted butter or margarine. Top each dough round with 2 teaspoons marshmallows, 1 teaspoon chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon nuts. Bake in a 400° oven for 12 minutes or until edges of bread are golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Let cool on wire rack.
