1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
24-26 slices | Bridgford pepperoni |
½ cup | marinara sauce |
1 cup | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese, grated (optional) |
¼ cup | sliced black olives, drained |
Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or baking sheet; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough into a 12-inch circle. Fold dough in half and transfer to prepared pizza pan or baking sheet. Unfold dough and press to fit edges. Pierce dough several times with fork, to prevent air bubbles from forming while baking. Evenly top dough with marinara sauce. Sprinkle Cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top of sauce. Using sliced olives, form a black “band” across the center of the pizza. Arrange slices of Bridgford Pepperoni to cover top half of pizza. Place pizza on middle rack in preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown and cheesy is bubbly. Remove from oven to cool slightly. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
