1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1 cup (3oz) | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, finely-diced |
1 cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
½ cup | sliced olives |
¼ cup | pizza or spaghetti sauce |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease a sheet pan(s). On a lightly-floured surface, roll out the dough to a 22″ x 4″ rectangle; set aside. In a medium-size bowl, mix Bridgford Pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese, olives and spaghetti sauce. Spread pepperoni filling mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1″ border of dough around the outside. Roll up dough tightly, in jelly-roll fashion. Seal seams. Slice into ½ slices and place 1-2″ apart, swirl-side up on prepared pans. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack and serve.
