1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed or |
2 loaves | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed, sliced into 48 pieces or |
1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed |
½ cup | shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar) |
¼ cup | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, finely diced |
Melted butter |
Lightly grease two 9 inch cake pans. On a lightly floured surface, slice each piece of thawed roll dough in half. Put half of the dough pieces evenly in each pan (18-24 pieces per pan depending on the type of roll or dough). Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Let rise until double in size (dough should fill up pan). Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
