1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1 cup | marinara or pizza sauce |
2 cups | shredded mozzarella cheese or blend |
1 package | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni |
Lightly grease a large baking sheet; set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Place dough on prepared pan. Dock dough with tines of fork or dough docker (this keeps air pockets from forming). Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread evenly with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly. Slice into strips, dip in ranch dressing or pizza sauce.
