1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1 pkg (3 oz) | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, finely diced |
1 cup | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
½ cup | sliced olives |
¼ cup | pizza or spaghetti sauce |
Olive oil for brushing dough | |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease sheet pan(s).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 22 x 4” rectangle. Set aside.
In a medium size bowl, mix together Bridgford Pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, olives and sauce.
Spread pepperoni filling mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border of dough around the outside.
Roll up dough tightly in jelly roll fashion. Seal seams.
Slice into ½-inch slices and place 1-2 inches apart, swirl side up on prepared pans.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 12-15 minutes
Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack and serve.
