1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed, divided into 11 pieces |
1 oz. | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, (about 12 thin slices) |
½ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ cup | melted butter |
On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed pieces of dough into balls; set aside. Lightly grease a large sheet pan; set aside. In a medium size bowl, combine Parmesan, oregano, and garlic. With kitchen shears, cut the pepperoni slices into smaller pieces and mix into cheese mixture; set aside. Dip each dough piece in butter and then coat in pepperoni/cheese mixture. Place coated balls of dough on pan in Christmas tree shape. Begin with 1 coated roll for the base. Place a row of 4 rolls centered above the base roll. Make sure the rolls are placed about ¼-inch apart from one another. Continue above the 4 rolls with next row of 3 rolls, followed by 2 rolls and 1 roll for the top. Let the dough rise until double in size. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool until warm. Serve with marinara sauce to dip.
