Thaw desired number of Parkerhouse Rolls according to package instructions; one roll makes one Mini Waffle. Dust thawed rolls lightly with flour and flatten into approximately 4-inch circles. Turn on waffle iron and set to MAX heat. Lightly grease inside plates with cooking spray. Once waffle iron is fully heated, place one roll in the center and close lid. Cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from waffle iron and transfer onto a plate. Add desired amount of butter and maple syrup (or your favorite toppings) and enjoy!
Tip: Pan and thaw rolls in the refrigerator (covered) overnight, so they are ready to go in the morning!
