1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough, thawed |
1 cup | cooked taco meat |
Shredded lettuce | |
Grated Cheddar and Jack cheese | |
Chopped tomatoes |
Lightly grease a large sheet pan; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out thawed dough to a 12 x 14-inch rectangle. Using a 3-inch biscuit cutter or the rims of a drinking class, cut 12 circles from the dough. Place circles on prepared pan 1-1.5 inches apart. Brush lightly with olive oil. Let rest in warm area until puffy (30-60 minutes). Press down on the center of each dough round. Gently prick with the tines of a fork. Preheat oven and bake pizza crusts at 425°F for 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with taco meat, shredded lettuce, grated cheese and chopped tomatoes. Drizzle with salsa, if desired.
