1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed or |
1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
¼ cup | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, (about 20 slices), chopped |
1 cup | shredded mozzarella cheese |
½ cup | marinara sauce |
Place dough on a lightly floured surface. If using Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls; divide each roll in half. If using Bridgford Ready-Dough®, divide loaf into 36 even pieces. Line muffin pan with cupcake holders. Lightly spray cupcake holders with spray shortening. In a medium size bowl, combine Bridgford Pepperoni and cheese. Place sauce in small bowl. Dip each piece of dough in sauce and then roll in cheese and Pepperoni mixture. Place 3 coated dough pieces in each muffin cavity. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool.
