2 | Bridgford Parkerhouse Roll Dough pieces, thawed* |
1 tablespoon | grated Parmesan cheese |
½ teaspoon | fresh basil or rosemary (¼ teaspoon if dried) |
¼ teaspoon | garlic powder |
2 teaspoons | olive oil or melted butter |
Lightly grease one, 7 oz. oven-safe ramekin (2 x 4.25- inches). Remove 2 rolls from package and return the remaining to freezer. Let the 2 rolls sit out to thaw. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, herbs, and garlic; set aside. Once the dough is thawed enough to cut, divide each roll in half to make 4 pieces of dough. Shape each dough piece into a ball. Lightly coat each ball in oil or butter and roll in cheese/herb mixture. Place in ramekin. Sprinkle tops with any remaining cheese. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy once cool enough to eat.
*If using a full bag of Parkerhouse Rolls (24, 1 oz. dough pieces), arrange 12 ramekins evenly spaced on a baking sheet, and proceed with baking instructions above.
