8 | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls, thawed (1 package contains 18 roll dough pieces) |
1 | frozen macaroni and cheese of choice (10 oz) |
½ cup | melted butter |
1 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
1 Tbsp | dried parsley |
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease a large sheet pan; set aside. Remove frozen macaroni and cheese from freezer. Place on counter. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, garlic and parsley; set aside. On a lightly floured board us a roller or palms of hands to flatten out each thawed roll piece into a ¼-inch thick rectangle (pull and stretch dough if needed; set aside. On a cutting board, remove macaroni and cheese from its container (it should still be frozen but able to cut through). Place the macaroni horizontally in front of you. Using a sharp knife, cut to divide mac and cheese into 8 equal strips. Place one frozen mac and cheese strip on a prepared dough piece. Wrap dough around mac and cheese, sealing seams. Dip in melted butter and roll in Parmesan mixture. Place on prepared sheet pan 2-3 inches apart. Repeat with remaining strips of mac and cheese and dough pieces. Place in preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and interior of breadstick is bubbly. Remove from oven and serve while still warm.
