1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
½ cup | pizza sauce |
Toppings (Shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, Bridgford® sliced pepperoni, red and green bell peppers, etc.) |
Preheat oven to 450 ̊. Lightly grease a large baking sheet; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 9 x 12” rectangle. Let dough rest for 3-5 minutes. Using holiday cookie cutters, cut out different pizza shapes. Place dough shapes on prepared baking sheet (2-3 inches apart). With the tines of a fork, randomly prick the dough of each shape (to eliminate air bubbles from forming in the dough while baking). Top each dough shape with light coating of pizza sauce. Add additional toppings of your choice (use small shaped cutters to cut holiday shapes into Bridgford® pepperoni and vegetables, if desired). Bake for 7-9 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
