1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1 cup | Alfredo sauce (or ranch dressing) |
2 cups | shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan (optional) |
10 | large black olives, pitted and drained |
1 | mini carrot |
Lightly grease a large sheet pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 425°. On a lightly floured surface, divide loaf of dough into 3 pieces (1 large piece for the bottom of the snowman, 1 piece slightly smaller for the middle and the remaining smallest piece for the head). On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a ball. With a rolling pin, roll each ball of dough into a circle and place on sheet pan. Place the largest circle of dough on the bottom and place the medium size circle above it (the circles should be touching or overlap slightly). Place the smallest circle (the head) the same way above the medium circle. Evenly coat the dough with sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Place 2 black olives on the face for eyes, 5 olives in a smile shape for mouth and a carrot (laying sideways) for the nose. Place 3 olives lengthwise down the center of the middle circle for buttons. Bake in preheated to 425° oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheeses are melted. Make sure that the crust in cooked through. Remove from oven to cool slightly.
