1 package | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Roll Dough, thawed |
¼ cup | melted butter |
Lightly grease or line a large baking sheet. Place a 3½ diameter oven-safe bowl upside down on the middle of sheet; lightly grease; set aside.
Place thawed roll dough on a lightly floured surface. With lightly floured hands, roll each piece of dough between palms to form 24, 5-inch ropes. Gently tie each rope into a knot. Arrange the knots into a wreath around the bowl (16 knots will for the outer circle of the wreath and 8 knots will for the inner circle of the wreath. Brush rolls with melted butter. Let rolls rise until double in size. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush rolls with additional melted butter. Remove bowl and decorate wreath (if desired).
