1 pkg | Bridgford® Frozen Parkerhouse or White Roll Dough |
8 oz. | Brie Round |
¼ cup | melted butter |
Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Place round of Brie in the center of the baking sheet. Arrange frozen rolls around cheese in two rows (to form a wreath). Rolls should be about ½ inch apart from each other and round of cheese. Remove Brie from baking sheet and place back in refrigerator until rolls are ready to bake. Brush frozen dough with ½ of the melted butter. Let thaw and rise until double in size (about 3 hours). If rolls are already thawed, the rolls will take approximately 1 hour to rise. Preheat oven to 375 ̊. Remove Brie from refrigerator and cut off the top rind; set aside. Par-bake rolls for 10 minutes. Remove rolls from oven and place wheel of brie in the center of wreath with cut side up. Continue baking wreath with cheese for 10-12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Remove from oven and brush rolls with additional melted butter.
