1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
Melted butter for brushing dough | |
2 cups | chocolate hazelnut spread or peanut butter |
3-4 cups | sliced fresh berries, or any other fruit |
Lightly grease a jelly roll pan; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed Bridgford Ready-Dough into a 17 x 12-inch rectangle. Place in prepared pan, pressing dough into corners. Prick dough evenly over the surface with the tines of a fork. Brush lightly with melted butter. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. (If you want a thicker crust, let the pan of dough sit in a warm area for 30- 60 minutes until puffy before baking.) Remove from oven and let cool. When cool, top with chocolate hazelnut spread or peanut butter and spread evenly to cover dough. Top spread with fruit. Slice and enjoy!
