1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough, thawed |
2 TBSP | olive oil |
1- 1½ TBSP | "Everything Bagel" Seasoning |
Lightly grease a 12-cavity muffin pan; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough to a 16 x 8-inch rectangle. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle dough with 1 tablespoon of seasoning. With palms of hands, press seasoning into dough. With pizza slicer or sharp knife, cut dough into 3 long strips. Carefully stack strips so they are evenly placed on top of one another. Slice into six squares. Slice each square in half (should have 12 rectangles). Place each rectangle in prepared muffin pan cavity. Brush with additional olive oil and sprinkle with additional seasoning if desired. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
