2 loaves | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1½ cups | cooked turkey, finely diced |
¼ cup | celery |
3 | green onions, finely diced |
1 cup | Jack cheese, divided use |
½ cup | Caesar salad dressing |
salt and pepper | |
¼ cup | melted butter |
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix turkey with celery, onions, cup cheese and salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste. Divide each loaf into four equal pieces. Lightly grease baking sheet(s); set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough piece into a 4 x 6 inch rectangle. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of turkey mixture on each piece of dough, along the 6-inch side. Roll up tightly, in jellyroll fashion. Seal seams. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with remaining cheese. Bake immediately for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven. Brush with additional butter. Serve warm.
