1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
½ cup | powdered sugar |
1 ½ tablespoons | ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 spray bottle with water |
Lightly grease one 8½ x 4 ½ inch loaf pan; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough into an 8 x 12 inch rectangle. Evenly spray dough with water. Top with sugar mixture, spray again with water. From the 8-inch side, roll up dough tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Pinch dough to seal seams. Place seam-side-down in prepared pan. Brush dough with melted butter. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven to cool. Wrap with Christmas tissue and ribbon as a gift, if desired. Enjoy!
