1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or |
12 | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed or |
24 | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed |
½ cup | shredded mozzarella cheese |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
In a small bowl combine cheeses; set aside. Add garlic powder to butter and mix well. Divide loaf of dough into 12 equal pieces. (If using rolls, do not divide. If using Parkerhouse Rolls, combine two together to make one breadstick, for a total of 12 sticks.) With floured hands, roll each piece into a rope approximately 6-inches long. Place on greased sheet pan 2-3 inches apart. Brush each piece with melted butter and top with cheese mixture. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 375° oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush sticks with any remaining butter. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
