1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed or |
1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |

Melted butter or margarine for brushing dough |
Lightly grease baking sheet pan(s). If using Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, divide loaf into 16 equal size pieces; set aside. Divide each roll or piece of dough into 4 equal size pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. To make butterfly, place one smokie on sheet pan. Place 2 balls of dough on each side of the smokie to make the butterfly wings (4 balls of dough per smokie). Flatten balls of dough slightly. Continue with remaining pieces of dough and smokies. Brush the dough with melted butter. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375 ° oven for 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
