Brie & Blackberry Focaccia

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cupolive oil
1 cupfresh blackberries
8 oz.Brie cheese, cubed
2-3 tablespoonsfresh rosemary, chopped
2-3 tablespoonsfresh thyme, chopped
Coarse Kosher or sea salt

Lightly grease a large sheet pan; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out and gently stretch thawed Bridgford Ready-Dough to a large 10–12-inch oblong rectangle (the shape does not have to be perfect). Transfer to lightly greased pan and reshape if needed. Brush dough generously with half of the olive oil. Let rise in a warm area until dough has doubled in size/become puffy. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. With fingertips, gently dimple the dough. Evenly press blackberries and cubes of Brie cheese into the dough. Sprinkle evenly with chopped fresh herbs. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12- 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Lightly sprinkle with salt. Transfer to cooling rack, then a serving plate or cutting board. Cut into squares and enjoy!
