12-15 | Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Rolls, thawed |
¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
¼ cup | real bacon bits, coarsely chopped or crumbled |
¼ cup | light brown sugar (packed) |
2 Tbsp | honey |
Evenly grease a 9-inch cake pan. On a lightly floured surface, divide each piece of thawed roll dough in half. Evenly distribute 3 tablespoons of melted butter on the bottom of the cake pan (set remaining tablespoon aside). Crumble bacon and light brown sugar evenly over butter, then drizzle mixture with 1 tablespoon of honey. Place each piece of dough evenly in pan, and brush tops with remaining tablespoon of melted butter. Let rise until double in size (approximately ½-inch above pan sides). Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush tops with remaining tablespoon of honey immediately upon removal from oven. Allow pull-apart to rest for 30-60 seconds. Invert onto a serving plate and carefully remove pan. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
